At first, Silver seems nothing but a plain kid. Although she is 17 years old, she looks like she is just 13 or 14. That's because she is too tiny for her age, and also a little bit skinny. She isn't an athletic person, but that doesn't mean she is in a bad shape, is just because she is lazy. Anyways, if you look at her closely she has a pretty body.
Her hair is brown, long and wavy; usually tide into a ponytail, so she can work without her hair falling into her eyes. She also have big brown eyes, almost the same color of her hair, with long, black eyelashes that somehow makes you think that she is an innocent little angel, when in reality she is not. Her lips are her favorite part of her body: they are full and natural light pink colored. But her front teeth seem to be too big for her mouth. Her hands are full of needles marks (mostly her fingers) because of her designer work. Her pale skin is the most remarkable thing about her. Is also the reason behind her name: Silver.

Meeting her can end up being your worst nightmare. She has a really bad temper and seems angry most part of the time. Silver doesn't tolerate people messing with her, and if you dare to touch her food you will probably end up with a pair of scissor on your throat. If she ever gives you a smile that means you are on her right side. And maybe, just MAYBE, it could mean that she likes you.
Her best talent is the fashion design. She loves making people wear her designs. People of the Capitol usually praise her good taste. But she doesn't care at all about what she wears. Most part of the time she use this old fashioned t-shirts with funny quotes that nobody in the Capitol understand because they are a little bit slow. The bad part is that she wears the same shirt like 4 times a week, because she is quite a lazy person. At least she takes showers every day.

She doesn´t care for anyone in particular, but if she sees someone in trouble, she won’t doubt about helping him or her. She hates that about her. Sometimes she wishes she was a normal girl of the district 8, because at least is better being a tribute than having to work for the Capitol her entire life. She loves the sunrise, it’s the only hour when the city is finally asleep, and she can wander around the streets without having to stare at an abnormal girl with a bad operation in her face, or a boy with a weird dyed hair.

She was born into district 8, in a family of a mother, a father and 4 older brothers. No one in the house paid her any kind of attention, and she didn’t try to demand it neither. She used to have a best friend back in her childhood days. But he was reaped for the games at the age of 12. He didn’t come back. So after that she stopped caring about anyone. He was the only person in the world able to move her heart, yet not in a romantic way. He was a real friend for her.

A year after the incident, it was time for the annual Victory Tour. At that time she was a 13 years old girl, who avoided any kind of conversation or interaction if it wasn’t necessary. She immersed herself totally into the fashion design world, so that she didn’t have to face reality anymore. She started to make her own clothes (that was a relief for her family, since they couldn’t afford clothes for her). During the time of the celebration of the tour in district 8, one of the winners designer saw her. She was wearing a design of her own confection. The designer thought it was a great piece, so he talked to her parents about sending her to the Capitol, to be a fashion designer and stylist. Her parents agreed immediately. So just like that she was taken away of her home and put into the crazy world of the Capitol.

Nowadays she is one of the hunger games stylists, one of the youngest ones. She actually loves her job, but hates the fact that she is doing it for the Capitol people. Sometimes she can’t help but acting like a friend with the tributes. She understands how is to be taken away from your home, and what are the consequences of entering the arena. The only thing that still scares her a lot, is the fact that even if she lives in the Capitol, she is legally a citizen of district 8, and that means she could also be a tribute in the Hunger games.
