Look at Del and the first thing you notice is her face. No, it isn't a rash, it's tattoos formed to look like powder. Around her two brown, small eyes; the left one bigger than the other. Hey eyelashes have no trace of the powder, and are covered with black make-up to contrast against her tattoo. Also, a bridge of tattoo goes along the right side of her skinny, long, bulbous nose. Another part of the tattoo is in streaks on her plump cheek - even though no part of her body is exactly plump - it's just the bones aren't very prominent. The only place untouched by the powder illusion is the area around her mouth. Her lips are usually colored with a light red, and shine in the light. Although her lips are thick, they aren't very wide. Her lips are very plump. Her light skin tone actually matches the tattoo.

Her hair could be compared to the dark shade of her chestnut eyes, except that her hair has highlights in them, and the hair is a bit lighter. Her hair is usually in a braid, and the few strands that are highlighted seem to fade in and out with each twist. Her hair reaches the bottom of her shoulders, brushing against her also-orange neck. In the light, her hair looks like a mix of red and black along with the usual light brown. She takes good care of her hair, and it is very soft and wavy.

Her neck looks like someone put a bit of paint at the top of her neck in a ring around it, and it dropped down in some places. At the end of her long neck is her prominent collar-bone, along with her sloping shoulders. Her body and flat chest look like they can easily be broken. Her skinny, short arms have no hair, and are the same color as the rest of her skin. Del tries her best to keep her hands clean, but they are usually dotted with pen markings of some sort. Her fingers are always painted the same shade of orange as her face, along with her toenails. Her short, skinny legs look very week, though Delilah can walk forever (but not run). Perhaps it's the fact that she has bigger feet than most of the boy's she knows.

Her clothing is very odd - not mainstream - and likes being the only person to wear a certain type of clothing. She is five-foot-four and one-hundred and twenty-two pounds; a capitolite twenty-two year old girl.

Although Delilah's appearance can be very different, no one sees her that way. She is always the girl that is not noticed at parties; dancing, but not acknowledged. But Delilah just wants to be noticed, and not for her mistakes.

Delilah is constantly messing everything up; dropping expensive plates, (rarely) delivering mail to the wrong person, and also late. She in no way is like her very organized parents, who do 'everything perfect and are always on time'. Although Delilah does a lot of stuff and makes a mess out of it, she usually attempts to fix it, which doesn't end up too well.
That's another thing, Delilah is willing to end, clean-up, or fix anything that is her doing, whether it is good for her or not. She is someone who is very dedicated, and cares a lot about other people, because she believes in 'Karma'. If she does something good, then something good will happen to her.

Delilah was very lonely when she was younger, so she will always have this hollow feeling inside of her; even when she's with people, she still feels so alone. That's why at a lot of parties she goes to, she either doesn't drink, or drinks a lot. And although she drinks, she never thinks about drugs, because she had seen some people in which drugs ruined their lives - and it isn't like she's an alcoholic - although she can get drunk in a minor way.
When 'Del' is drunk, she is very much more talkative (and perhaps that's because if she's sober, she feels like no one wants to listen). Also, when she is drunk, she tends to be more comedic, and her humor can actually get funny.

Although Delilah is a mail carrier, she wants to be a fashion designer; doesn't every stereotypical capitolite? She just thinks that creating clothes - and seeing everyone wearing them - would be very amazing. Delilah, though, knows that if she ever ends up in a point where she is designing fashion, that she would never actually make the clothes, because they would look nothing like the original plans; her eyesight is bad, and she just generally makes mistakes on routine. Along with a fashion designer, Delilah might want to set up a bakery dedicated to muffins; her favorite food.

Delilah Cecilia Napea was born to two high-class, social-caring, busy parents. What do you expect? It is the capitol. When Delilah was a little girl, she got a lot of attention from her parents. They would buy her lots of toys, walk with her as she crawled in their mansion. But as she got older, started talking and walking, and got more independent, they weren't there as much. When Delilah was eight, the only time she would see her parents was when they would drop her off at school, and then at night to tuck her in: they were either always working or out with friends. Whenever Delilah would try to hang out with her parents, they would be busy. So whenever her parents made an offer to have a day with Delilah, she denied it, and she regretted it. Because of how lonely Delilah was as a kid, and how little she had anyone to talk to, she hardly talks now, always afraid to put her input into something because she's afraid she'll get people mad at her.
She didn't care about this too much, she had grown accustomed to it, and spending five hours alone a day was no big deal. Especially when she was a teen, and her parents were out at social parties until three in the morning. She thought if my parents can do it, why can't I? So then she decided to invite some school friends over, and they invited some friends over, and those friends invited friends over. This lasted for about a month, and it isn't that they got caught, but they were bored of the same old thing.

And still, no one payed attention to the girl throwing the parties.

If it's important, when Delilah was seventeen, she got contacts because she had poor eyesight. She also started making muffins, and decorates them, and thinks of opening a bakery.

Delilah finished school with okay grades; got rewarded a nice car for graduation, and eventually got a job as a mail carrier. She would send messages from one place to another - whether she be on a bike or on her feet, whether it was from two blocks away or almost of the other side of the capitol - and received good pay for it. By the time Delilah was twenty, she could afford to buy her own house. It was nowhere near the size of her parents mansion, but it would do for a person and her pet bird. The bird was actually given to Delilah as pay for mail. Some of her clients are very strange.
When Delilah was twenty-one, she had gotten her skin color changed on her face and neck; circles around her eyes, streaks on her cheek; to stand out, and the orange parade was very original. But no one noticed her.

Delilah wonders if her tattoo - like everything else in her life - is messed up.

She is an average kind of smart and awkward to talk to.
