Age: 21
Gender: Male
District/Area: Wanderer
Appearance:
William’s about 6 ft 3 in. tall and 160 pounds in weight. He is skinny and slightly muscular. He has reddish eyes and faded tattoos of wards, seals, and sigils crawling up his arms and on his back. He has a distinct four-fingered claw mark, tracing from the bottom of his right ear down his neck, emphasized by a tear in the bottom tissue of his ear. He has pale skin and short white/bleach-blonde hair.Personality:
His clothes consist of rags and spare clothes held together by belts, chains, and ropes. His neck bares various necklaces adorned with charms, wrapped tightly as to make no noise. His left wrist is constricted by a large black bead charm, and both hands are bandaged with dirty white rags. He carries a small, makeshift leather pack, a common woodcutter’s axe, a poorly manufactured bow-and-arrow, and a silver encrusted, engraved dagger gray with age.
William is for the most part, very quiet. He allows his actions speak for him. If you were to meet him, you would find that if he does speak, he says only the words necessary. His face mainly remains the same. Wide wary eyes and emotionless lips are is trademark. He is almost devoid of showing any emotion, but that does not mean he does not have any.History:
He despises Capitol citizens and peacekeepers, and regards people too scared to do admit something needs to be done as weaklings. Having been away from civilized society for quite a while, he does not have very good manners. He eats ravenously, and speaks his mind, regardless to how rude it may sound.
He is trustworthy though. He will not break a promise, and will never betray an ally. He will not easily forget an insult and will repay it in blood, but he is very protective to those who have helped him, and will always repay a debt. He is as merciless to his enemies as he is as forgiving to his friends.
William was born an Albino son to Praeceptor Pagan III and his wife Virtue. He had 3 brothers and 2 sisters older than himself, and 1 brother and 2 sisters younger. The Pagans were a long line of Capitol born aristocrats, famous for being gamemakers. William however changed that streak. As a boy watching the Hunger Games, instead of wanting to become a gamemaker, he wanted to be a tribute. He was laughed at constantly in school, for his disability and his dreams. His parents saw it as some silly child’s wish, but humored him.Codeword: odair
From a young age he received special tutoring on wilderness survival. With permission from his parents, he was taught to hunt, eat, sleep, and live in the wilderness. He was taught what plants were for and how to use them. He was taught which animals were which. He was able to survive alone in the wild.
His parents realized their error when on his 13th birthday, when after getting ceremonial tattoos for ignition into the family; he verbalized his hatred towards the Hunger Games all those who supported it. He became a rebel as the years passed, getting into fights at school, vandalizing, and some general law-breaking. It was only his father’s position of power that saved him from jail. On his 17th birthday however, he asked his father if he could learn how to be gamemaker. His father naturally obliged, and he was tutored in how the Hunger Games are. Unfortunately, to his father’s contempt, he was caught attempting to help some of the tributes escape. Waiting for his judgment in prison, he was rescued by his father. Taking his father’s dagger, he fled to the outskirts of the capitol, and into the wild. He never heard from his family again.
And in the wild he has remained. He’s snuck into districts when he can, promotes the idea of an uprising, takes spare clothes and food, and leaves. Primarily he lives off the land, hunting and fishing. A lot of his skills were from his childhood tutorings, but some come from experience. It’s the only way he’s lived his life in the beginning, and the only way he lives his life now. On his own.
