Penny Cillon District 6 {Finished}

Penny Alice Cillon is a 4 foot 6 inch young girl, with Hazel eyes and a smile that will knock your socks off. She is very pretty and has a nice looking face that seems to calm people who look at it with its natural charm. She has a very slight build and is very skinny. She has shiny blonde hair that falls to her hips and sparkles in the sun.

Most days Penny wears a knee length skirt and a white blouse, she wears normal running shoes and always has a large, leather bag full of herbs and other things which she likes to carry around with her. she wears a blue scarf that was her mothers when she was young where ever she goes. But, she never wears socks ever, it is one of her least favorite things to wear socks.

Penny is a gentle soul who loves all people. She has lots of friends and is very friendly. She always know what to say and how to respond to whatever the situation although when she is faced with an unsolvable situation she panics and runs away. Pen is very accepting of other people and ideas and has nothing mean to say about anyone. People say she is very smart, but she doesn't think so.

She is slow to anger but when she is angry she just runs away and cries. Sometimes she yells at the person between sobs and choking back the tears. She has always been pretty good in school, but she never really cared about that. Death has always been a part of her life since she practically lives in the medical wing with her mother, and she has never been afraid of it.

Pen was always liked to be called Pen and refuses to answer to anything else. She is a bit optimistic and always sees the best in people. But, this allows people to take advantage of her sometimes. She hates conflict above all else and flees from it. She often sits awake at night wondering about what things she is going to do the next day.

Pen was born to parents Flue C. Cillon. and Polly O. Cillon. Her parents are some of the best doctors in all of district 6. Her mother works in the general medical clinic, and her father is one of the best surgeons in the world. He is so good he often goes to the Capitol to treat patients there. They work hard and are payed extremely well for what they do, so the family has never lacked for anything, and they are all well fed and clothed.

She has an older brother, Prostheias Cillon who is eighteen and is one of the most promising young people in the medical technology development field, and is so very intelligent. He is respected by even the smartest of the scientists of the district.

Pen has always had a nice life with parents that were fairly busy but loved her deeply, and a brother who has always protected her from harm. She helps her mother in the day clinic some days and is very comforting to the patients. She always smiles at them and brings her favorite patients things to cheer them up.
