Cota Minnum District Two (FINISHED!)

Cota is six feet and two inches. He is pure muscle, and has hazel eyes. He has light brown hair that swoops to the left. Also, he has a thin, young, and restless face. He has great skin complexion and is rather tan.

He has small ears with detached earlobes. His smile is almost perfect. His teeth are white as snow and shine almost like stars. But he does have a scar on the side of the right face from when he was a little child running around in district two.

Cota is generally a nice person. He is very friendly. But if you get on his bad side, you are out of luck. Cota has a short temper and blows at the drop of a hat. He is quite the athlete and can be rather selfish and stuck up.

Cota is a show out and tries to beat out everybody at everything. He thinks he is the best of the best no matter what. He is quite serious about every aspect of life though, but when its is time to have fun he sure knows how to. He is a naturally funny guy.
Cota has a black and white personality meaning either you like him or you cannot bear to be around him. He is very competitive. He can sometimes get annoying from his snobbish attitude but can't everyone? He is known as a ladies man and is smooth when it comes to women. He also knows how to put on a good show and how to make friends easily. He is one of a kind but has his flaws.

Cota Minnum, one of three children one brother, Mercum Minnum and one sister, Lila Minnum. He is the oldest of the three. Lila being thirteen, Mercum age eleven, and Cota being seventeen. His parents Amy Minnum and Benjamin Minnum both age forty-eight love their family. His father Benjamin runs a stone mine in district two. His mother Amy is a stay at home mother.
Since Cota is in district two he has been training for the Hunger Games all of his life. Ever since he was able to walk he has become a ruthless warrior skilled at hand to hand combat. His parents though rich do not pay attention to Cota. He believes if he wins the Hunger Games he will gain their respect, love, and time. He likes to run, running is how he clears his head. He is very concerned on how everyone thinks of him.
Cota has always dreamed of being able to win the Hunger Games, he will train until the day he dies. He is very skilled with a sword. Cota has lost touch with his family because when he was young if he messed up in training and his parents found out he did, then they would beat him. So Cota said he was done with them and they just stopped caring.
