Hunger Games Stations Stacking

I was wondering if you ever planned on having some stations being able to be stacked to increase their use.
For example: Training/Exempting Blades gives you +1 damage when you deal 6 or more damage with a blade weapon.
If you train this station again, you could make it +2 Damage when you deal 6 or more damage with a blade weapon and so on.
not sure if you ever did this and didn't like it, or you just chose not to. Was just wondering if you were ever going to consider it. It would only make sense that you'd do more damage with a blade the more you trained with it.
