Elena Acer District 7

Elena is considered pretty. She is 5'7.She has long blond hair that falls to her waiste. She has a nice body with slight curves. She also has a slight tan from working outside. She is skinny but well built from working.
She has dark green eyes that are almond shaped. She has thin lips and an average sized nose. She usually wears plain clothes because she is poor.

Elena is a quiet girl. She is shy around people so she doensn't have many friends. She kindhearted and loving, but because she keeps to herself, she is considered a snob. She is very outdoorsy and loves nature. She knows how start a fire and find edible plants.
She also knows a lot about her districts main industry. She is a hardy worker and a very determined person, though she is also self-conscious of herself. She is very scared of being reaped because she has so many entrys.

Elena has had a very sad life. Her father died in a work accident when she was 7. When she was 9, her older sister was executed by peacekeepers. Her mother worked at a sawmill until she cut her hand and arm severely, making her unfit to work. Now she helps the town butcher. Because only her mother works, Elena had to start working when she was 12. She has also had to take tesserae for herself, her mother, and two younger brothers. Now she works almost all the time, except when shes at school or on Sundays.
