Kayla Clearsea, District 2

Kayla Clearsea has sea green eyes and a hard expression when she is angry, determined, brave, or using her bow and arrows. She has long, flowing brown hair that is usually worn down. Normally she wears jeans, and a black or red shirt. Kayla also wears sneakers, or no shoes at all in summer. She will wear a white lace dress on special occasions, such as the reaping.
Kayla has a slightly crooked nose and two left feet. She can go cross-eyed when hit across her head. Most of the time this lasts for 2 hours, but can go up to 3. Sometimes her eyes can go cross-eyed when she thinks hard, and this can last for up to five minuted after she is done thinking.

Kayla is very determined, and her concentratio is hard to break. She has a stare that simply says "Stay back. This is my territory." She can stare hard and long, for her eyes are adapted to go for longer periods of time without blinking than most people.
She is sweet when she needs or wants to be and is most charming. She sees dangers as challenges and faces hem bravely, though she may cower away from a simple spider. She can act quite silly around a crush, and can embarrass herself easily. She hates dresses, though she'll wear them when necessary.
Kayla can be quite fierce when needed. Before she attempts a kill, she gives a menacing smile. Most of the time her arrow hits the eye, heart, or throat, which means a guaranteed kill. This makes her gleeful, and she gives thanks to the heavens for this person's or animal's life for it will keep her alive in the arena, or keep her gfamily alive by using it as food. Kayla has a simply fierce temper, and will not stop trying to kill the person or animal that enraged her until it is dead, or out of shooting range.

Kayla was basically the head of her family after her mother wnt into a sleep coma when she was 13. She handled the responsibility well. Her mother stayed like that for about a month, and Kayla and her sisters stayed strong through the long period of time they had no mother. Kayla got the food she could get and she even saved her smallest sister from a small case of the measles. She learned a few effective healing skills from her father before he died of a deadly desise spread by large numbers of rats.
Kayla was born in a storm. This granted her the nick name of Storm from her friends, and she wears a lightning bolt charm around her neck on a necklace just to remind them. She acts proud of this, though not even her is sure why. Her sisters, twins, were born 10 years after she was.
She grew up gathering food for her family, and working around and heping wherever she could. Often times she got in the way, but she was very polite even though she could be teeming hot with ager on the inside. She can only just resist from trying to strangle someone at the best of times.

Kayla's choice of weapon is a bow and a quiver of arrows, which she got by trading 5 ounces of powerful healing herbs. She had found a secret patch of healing herbs that was fairly large under the porch of her family's house.
