BIRTHDAY THREAD (Only to Find I've Come Alive)

Wow, it seems forever ago since I started plotting with a new member named numberfour. She wanted a boyfriend for her new character, Edana Lightwood, and I eagerly accepted. I thought it was just going to be a small plot, but it grew into something much greater than that. Yorkana will always have a special place in my heart. Not because York was necessarily my favorite character, but because it introduced me to someone who would become my best friend. She was always clouded in a sort of mystique; I think the whole mystery about her kind of pulled me in even more. She was interesting, and had a very cool taste for things she liked. She loved horror movies (especially the Scream series). She loved playing online Survivor ORGs. And within each day, I learned more and more about her. A faceless name became so much more than that. Believe me, I would definitely love to know what she looked like, bur what I realize now is that it doesn't even matter. She just has such personality that I instantly fell in love with. She's my best friend, and I tell her everything. I love her honesty, and I love how she's not afraid to be herself and to like the things she wants to like. Everyone on this site inspires me in their own way, but she especially inspires me. I can honestly say I would like to be like her as I grow up. I'm so lucky to be best friends with this girl, and I just want to say have an amazing 18th birthday, Marina. I love you, and I always will.
