When Chase awoke it was a bright, cheery day with the birds chirping, singing their love ballads to their mates, indicating that for sure, it was spring. Chase groaned, not wanting to get out of his warm, comfortable bed. He hated when it got to be this bright and happy about because that meant his mother would force him to go out and either go shopping with her, or just get out of the house. Chase was in a very lazy mood right now and wasn't exactly elated to go outside.
"Chase! Chase are you up?!" Mrs. Belmont's voice rang through the estate, making Chase groan again, and put his down feather pillow on top of his head, so he wouldn't have to hear her yell.
It wasn't until Chase heard his mother's footsteps did he practically leap out of bed. He quickly took a shower, then rumaged through his drawers, trying to find the perfect outfit for today. After all, he always wanted to look his best. He pulled on a nice pair of slacks and shoes along with a nice dress shirt that was somewhat casual, but still had that nice aristocratic appeal to it.
"I'm up! I'm up! Give me a moment, and I'll be right down!" Chase shouted as he finished getting dressed and walking down the stairs to the dining room for breakfast. The light poured in the windows because his mother had opened the curtains and he cringed at the light in his blue eyes, but he ignored it to the best of his ability and sat down for breakfast.
After breakfast, just as expected, he was sent outside to go do something else. He walked around the shopping area, not buying anything, just mostly window shopping. He hoped that he would come across someone worth talking to.[/color]
