Help with the damage system

Hey Ominous! This is how it works:

1. Refer to this. This is the Combat System Reference Info. Upon this page:

2. "Rolling the dice" means adding the code "dice=whatever" into your posts. In all the Hunger Games, you see that little white box. This is what the "dice=whatever" turns into. Copy and paste the code as you see on the Reference page without the asterisk and it will turn into that white box only on SOME forums on this website (Hunger Games and Battlefield).

3. The white box displays a 4-digit number. Scroll down on the same reference page and you can see the specific attack that was inflected upon another person along with the damage amount. Usually, during a battle, you add up the damage points but the Hunger Games allow some healing with food and medicine and the whatnot. Damage points add up and 40 cumulative is usually death. If you see "X" in the Reference page under damage points, it's an instakill "insta" which means you're dead.

The damage calculator on the sidebox is just a quicker way to calculate your damage.
