Okay, this probably sound like a kind of dumb question, but do our characters have birthdays or do we just assume they are always the same age? (reason I'm asking this: I remember reading in someone's character application where they wrote their character's birthday as part of the history and the reviewer wrote something about character birthdays not being aloud. I don't remember the name of the character who's application it was or exactly what it said, but I'm pretty sure I did read it)

Hey Amoeba!

That application you were talking about probably put a year into the birthday section. Because we don't know when the rebellion took place in terms of the real-life timeline, we ask anyone who wants to incorporate birthdays into their characters' biographies to put "Year of the 56th Hunger Games" or "29th Hunger Games" or something like that. Also, if the application said something like 1994 or 1999, that would obviously be considered wrong.

Your characters can age if you want them to age. We're not going to regulate age on this website because the librarians would probably sue us for slave labor. Your characters can age by Hunger Games or by actual real-life year or not at all. I think most people don't age their characters just so their beloved ones stay Reaping-aged.

A few days ago I was wondering if we had a calendar attached in-game, but I guess we're running things on a pretty normal time schedule.
