Anthony Anderson - District 9

Standing at about 5'4, 150 lbs, Anthony is pretty stout compared to your average 12 year old. He has long shaggy blond hair, and extremely pale skin.
He has a strong body figure, with little to no fat, although he is large. This is due to him preparing for the Games from a very young age, one of the only ones who do so from District 9.
Him being so prepared has made him into a very charismatic person. Although he is only 12, he holds his head high, like he has purpose.
Although he is charismatic and has an easy time fitting in, it's just the opposite with the girls his age. They all think he is ugly, no matter how hard he tries to make them laugh or try to woo them with charm.
He has a unique style. He always makes sure he stands out from the crowd, no matter how ridiculous he may look. He just doesn't care to look like anyone else. He has large muscles like his father.

Being so prepared is extremely rare in District 9. So naturally, he has gained a little bit of fame throughout the District. He takes this and milks it for all it's worth. Although he is a very nice, down to earth person, he is very arrogant. He knows he will either be reaped or volunteer when he is 18, and he will win the Games and bring glory to District 9.
Anthony can be a bit of a brat. He is very spoiled, and usually never denied something he wants. He has never had to work hard at anything (except his training), and has skated through life easily.
Anthony, despite being spoiled, has always been a nice guy. He was raised right. His biggest pet peeve is when people are rude to women. His dream is to raise a family in Victors' Village, taking one of the empty houses in the bone-dry portion of District 9. He's not even sure if anyone lives there.. He's never seen anyone. He wants to bring glory to District 9, because the hard-workers there deserve it.
Anthony was also blessed with a great brain, although sometimes he rejects it. In school, he doesn't want to be known as the smart guy because he doesn't fit in with the rest of the smart guys. He fits in much better with the athletes and the "cool kids", because he feels like the smart kids are judgemental.

Anthony lives in the richest part of District 9, next door to his role model/mentor/workout partner Brandon Johnson. Although Brandon will not volunteer like Anthony, he is obviously well prepared for the Reaping.
He decided he wanted to volunteer at a young age because he knew from day one that he wanted to do great things. He sees what all his parents do for him, and he feels like he is obligated to give back. He wants nothing more to impress his friends and parents, to make them proud to be residents of District 9, and to give them the life they really deserve.
He learned swordplay and hand-to-hand combat at an early age. He has watched the Games for as long as he can remember, watching the "pride" of District 9 go down in the bloodbath because of idiotic decisions quite often. This will not happen to him. He will be the best.
He has always taken his training extremely seriously because it defines life or death in the Arena. He can fight better than anyone else in District 9, although he is a lot younger than most. He has learned to channel all of his emotion into his fighting.
