I'm creating a new character, who is a wanderer but was ~~conceived~~ born in District One. She lived there for the first fourteen years of her life before an incident broke her heart and she fled the District. She's been a wanderer for over a year now.

The reason why she had left the District was because she had ~~obsessed~~ crushed on a boy since she first saw him at their first reaping. They never were friends, and after two years of trying to get him to like her, by ~~stalking~~ talking with him, he finally became fed up and said he would never go out with her, more so even be her friend. The dude is pretty popular, big headed, and good looking. a lot of girls liked him. With a broken heart she fled the District. But, she kept sneaking in every once and a while to ~~stalk~~ watch him as he goes on with his life. On one of these outings another boy, who happens to be her crush's step brother, catches her one day and starts to grow an affection for the girl. The girl, still ~~obsessing~~ liking the popular boy, scoffs when the nerdy step brother attempts to small talk with her.

What I need-

Someone to create the good looking, popular, player boy, then another person to create his Step-Brother, who is slightly good looking, but is a bit OCD, very socially deprived, and bullied. Or, if you already have a character that fits the profile, send me a link to the bio. They must be from District One, and be 15.

It all depends on who wants to play them which one she ends up with.
