D7 and D10 characters to be part of an uprising

We're looking for people to kick up some stink in D7 or D10.
My character has just made a journey to district 7, where he's encountered some scientists who want to get their hands on more information about the other districts and have a 'splinter cell' in d10 that will definetly make the capitol a little uncomfortable.
So we're looking for somebody to play a character in D7 or D10 to be part of a circle of trusted people who work against the capitol.
They should be a little older , if possible, to have more influence but can be existing characters....who's interested? Reply here or pm me!
