I Wish to Kill Your Peacekeepers! >:)

Hey peoples of THGRPG! 
So, here's the deal. I have this 12 year old girl in District 2 but she's slightly insane/blood thirsty and is a total genius. Now, I DESPERATELY want her to go to the Detention Center. Desperately. But she hasn't done anything really horrible and I knew I had to make her do something really bad. REALLY bad. And so I thought, "Hey, why not have her murder a Peacekeeper?"
District 2 is known for it's many Peacekeepers and murder is something Ali (my girl) wouldn't think twice about, so why not?
Here's the plot. A District 2 Peacekeeper would come up behind her and do something overly perverty. (For example, the Peacekeeper might slap her butt.) And then Ali, who has had bad experiences with her father doing that kind of stuff to her would whip out her knife and stab him repeatedly. Death of the Peacekeeper would be ideal, but if you really want to keep him/her, I guess horrible wounds or mutilation would be ok. (Cut off his foot, stabbed in eye so that he's blind, that sort of thing.)
And then I would just report her and I'm pretty sure that would get her in. (I might add in a few things, like she takes his gold watch (theft) or something just to make her chances even better.
Ok, please, please, PLEASE, help me with this, I really want her in there. I beg of you! xD Ok, please reply, thanks in advance!
