Special Forces Peacekeepers

The rebels are beginning to rise again. More and more people are going against the Capitol, and it shall not be stood for. A new team of peacekeepers are being recruited - those more empowered and elite than ever before. They are charged with many missions - yet their main mission is to destroy the revolted, track down any hints of an uprising and capture wanderers and rebels.

It is not, of course, an easy job. Not only must the peacekeepers be highly trained and elite, but they also must have no ties. Their mission must be their main priority - they are of course representing the whole of Panem. The admins may give the team jobs and missions from time to time. The rules/requirements are as follows:

• All team members must have been raised in the Capitol.
  
• We will be able to play in the Capitol, the wilderness, the DC, the battlegrounds and possibly even the districts once we are approved there.
  
• We will have real-life (with damage) fights with NPC's, and possibly even rebels and wanderers that agree to fight with us. We will have extra-life points, however.
  
• According to Mark, we may be recognised by the Capitol and there may be a parade in our honour. We also may be able to interact with mayors.
  
• There may be time-limits of around a couple of days on posts, so be sure to be reasonably ready.

Ira Iracebeth Nightingale Played by Clover
The first member of the group, a ruthless and hardworking woman with a heart of stone. She has killed many people, yet only those who get in her way. She craves power and control, and only when she had reached her goal will she stop.
