Character First Choice: The Victim
Character Second Choice: The Liar
For First Choice, give me a few sentences on how you see them (as a person, in this plot, etc.): His life has been rough. His family is poor. He's been beaten down by Peacekeepers, physically and mentally. He's become a target, a plaything, pushed around by Peacekeepers nowadays simply because they can. At first it began with the little things: stealing food from the market, sorting through trash cans, being a smartass. These were legitimate reasons to be beaten, but eventually the Peacekeepers didn't need much of a reason. They dislike him, loathe him even, and use him to make a point whenever they can catch him. This has lead to depression, his sullen behavior. Then anger. The way he sees it, if there were nobody calling the shots, if there were no system, then he could finally feed his family, or hold his head up in public, without shame. But then, he's conflicted. He wants a state of calm, a way to live his life without pain, but rebelling, siding with anarchy, can only lead to more of it before the issue is ever resolved.
Any plot ideas?: Not yet. xD

Character First Choice: The Soldier

Character Second Choice: Er, she doesn't really belong anywhere else, unfortunately, so no one for this one^^

For First Choice, give me a few sentences on how you see them (as a person, in this plot, etc.): To me, the Soldier is an extremely neutral person. They're clever and quick and don't want to be around people too much. Their "take-no-prisoners" motto seems a sort of reluctant thing-they don't want to kill, but if it comes down to it, they have to. The character I'm applying with Charlotte Pravine used to be an Upriser and has little memory of her parents-living her entire life with her grandparents. If picked for the plot, I'd -by modifying Charlotte's bio in the actual thing and explaining in posts-have her leave the Uprising because of files she found on every person in the Districts, one of them being on her brother she never knew she had-The Messiah.

I don't think the Soldier and Messiah are on good terms. I think they just end up annoying each other, which is why the Soldier retreated to the outskirts of the District to live out her life. However, they do occasionally come together.

Any plot ideas?: Hm, I'll probably think of more as this plot gets rolling and I see the characters involved, but I would appreciate a brother-sister thread. Also, I feel like the only way to make the Soldier join a side is by kidnap, which is kinda sorta ironic because she doesn't take prisoners and she got kidnapped and yeah. So, yeah

Character First Choice: The Prophet
Character Second Choice: N/A. (Prophet's really the only one I have unyielding, unfair, horrible, terrible muse for, and I don't want to take a spot from someone else who would want it more.)
Sentences: The Prophet does not see the future. She hears it. Because voices and sounds are much harder to describe and interpret than proper visions, she has a harder time interpreting and, later, verifying what she's hearing. As a result, even she sometimes doubts her own supposed clairvoyance. If she hears something that other people can't, but never hears it again, is it because she forgot what the voices sounded like, or is it because she's really as crazy as others say? She relies heavily on her sight and sometimes stuffs wax or something similar in her ears, because she doesn't go deaf to the surrounding world during episodes. Naturally, this odd habit only makes her more of a target for the teasing she's endured since childhood. She doesn't really trust anyone anymore; even her family and her own premonitions are eyed with trepidation. She's simply been bullied too often, made too many bad decisions based on 'hearings' that never came true, and heard too many horrible things.

Chloe Grace Moretz?

Any plot ideas?: Not really because this is a bad idea. Unless she dies. Can she die? Someone could kill her to keep information from getting to the other side.
