The Masquerade [Not Accepting Anymore]

Ok, so I really want to make a Maquerade party. Like have one rich person invite alot of other people, and stuff. I'm not sure what district yet, it can be any one really, even the capitol. I really want to use my charrie from district 8 or 9 but if you don't have one of those I could make another charrie or something. If you might be intrested just post here saying which character you might like to use, and any other info on how you feel about the topic. 
Rooms:
Living Room
Front Room
The Balcony Garden
The Dining Room
And don't forget the Rules!
Rules
-No fighting with another rper unless they have really given you a reason.
-No trashing the Rich guys house (to an extreme you can maybe knock the punch bowl over or something minor but nothing extreme like burning something)
-Try not to take your mask off too much; its what makes the party mysterious
-Get approval from me first to preform music on the stage or whatever if your really into that.
-I dont want anyone rping with themselves XD
-Dont go over the room limit, and please if you can left a room for another one make it quite clear.
-Have fun!
