Our horses are the finest. We use them for breeding, working and meat.
The rich folks in the capitol see them as a source of entertainment for derbies, riding or simply putting them on display with fake extensions and blue furr.

Which rich, funky horse lover from the Capitol wants to come 'shopping' on the ranches of district 10.
This would be a good opportunity to put your wealth and power on display in all good and bad ways possible...I'm sure you can get very creative how to abuse the power of tesserae in a poor district like 10.
You could also see a different side of the medal and make take home some material to rethink your attitude or life.

We need only two players for this small sub-plot in d10 and the capitol.

I have a Capitolite girl that would be fun to do this with. Le bio She'd be sent to do it on behalf of someone else, though. She's worthless herself, but he's filthy rich. Anyway, she'd be...a different sort of person to interact with. I think if she went, he'd be hoping the wrangler would choose Cadence for a night as opposed to his full price for the horse. Because he's a businessman. And he is attached to his money. She, on the other hand, is a sucker for horses. And most animals.
