D10 // Echo & Narcissus

I'm flexible on the District, if anyone thinks there's a reason it should be in a different one. I just figure D10 would suit Pan well and that's... the end of my logic, lol.





ECHO // DAHLIA WIDOWER
(Female) [Lalia]

In love with Narcissus. She's the sweetest, kindest, most pathetic stalker you'll ever meet. Her lust love is pure, single-minded, and tragically, not the least bit reciprocated. Has Echolalia and tends to repeat other people's words. Not a lot of self-confidence in her timid personality. Lovely and beautiful, but ironically, just as unwilling as Narcissus to acknowledge those who are interested in her. She's a talented singer, but can rarely find the words, so mostly she tends to simply hum softly along to Pan's melodies.



NARCISSUS
(Male) [Open]

In love with himself. No, really, he's literally in love with himself. Exceptionally proud, he generally has little to no appreciation for the people who adore him. He's always keeping an eye out for reflective surfaces so that he might catch a glimpse of his own astounding beauty. This is also why he tends to collect shiny things, adoring the way they magnify his own presence. While he personally has no particular reason to be enemies with Pan, they don't seem to get along very well, as Pan has difficulty seeing the soul-stealing beauty of Narcissus while blinded by his jealousy over Echo's affection for him.



PAN
(Male) [Open]

In love with Echo. Lecherous. The son of a whore, he's all too used to women with little regard for the concept of faithfulness. Seeing Echo's unfailing devotion to Narcissus and how different she is in comparison to the women in his life, intrigues him to the point where he has developed an obsession with her that rivals her own. Each time she denies his lust love, his temper flares so wildly that he begins to fantasize about killing her, just to be certain no one else will ever have her. Despite this, the two have an awkward sort of friendship, because she is too kind to deny him that much, despite both of them knowing that kind of companionship is not where his interests lie. The rest of the time he tends to be much more easy going. Shepard. Likes to escape to nature. Plays the pan flute.



NYMPHS
(Female) [Open]

There could be one or several Nymphs and I don't have much in the way of particulars for them. They're basically the teenage whores that Pan hangs out with... and tends to get around with. Other than that, you can pretty much go wild.





These are just random ideas, I'm very open to people taking these characters in more creative directions, as long as the relationship lines are basically the same (because that's, you know, the general plot of the myth, lol). If you have ideas for additional characters you think should be here, but that I've neglected to include, feel free to tell me I should add them. XD
