D7 - Plot Siblings, friends, or foes

Hey guys, I recently joined and have just made my first character in my favorite district. I would like to try and RP with her some before I make a new character. Right now I'm looking for someone to possibly play one of her two brothers, a friend, or an enemy.
You Will Be RPing With: Mable McKoy
Other Member's RPing: Average preferably so we may help each other out.
New Character's Name: The name does not matter for any of the characters. If you play one of her two brothers the last name McKoy would be needed though.
District: 7
Age: Her friends and enemies will not matter but her brothers need to be older than 16 as her mother died giving birth to her.
Face Claim: I don't care.
Short Description: I'm currently looking for someone to play her brothers who are close to her as her family likes each other. Friends and enemies can be depicted as however you would like.
