"It doesn't move very fast. We can get it. We can get it, mate! Get the squad..."
"We have to go ahead. Radio them in from the pad!"
"We have time-"
"We do not! Do you know how much damage that shit will do in the time it takes us to get everyone together! All twelve districts turned into a shambling, killing mess!"
"Isn't that what we wanted?"
"This is a war weapon, Marford! It isn't to be used during times of peace!"
"Well then what do we do?"
"We have to stop it!"
"We'll never make it in time."



In a small facility far under the concrete expanse of the Capitol, dangerous research ensues. A large scale rebellion is inevitable, and a clan of scientists have been ordered to create a new generation of war weapons. But something has gone wrong...

A virus that was only to be released as a last resort, it would use the districts' minds against them. Infecting their brain and forcing one unanimous thought into every single one of them: Infect. Relentless with no shred of self preservation, these mindless hordes will only rest when they're dead.

Hi guys and thanks for looking at my plot "QUARANTINED"! Basically, Capitol scientists have been doing war research and unknowingly released a deadly virus that turns whoever inhales it into, well a form of modern day zombies. I plan to have some hunter venture into the open woods where it'll idle, flop back into the district and begin spreading it around. This will bring about the a lot more inter-district role playing: the medics from district six will travel around looking for a cure, peacekeepers will be everywhere hoping to contain these new Shamblers. It's basically going to be a cluster f***!

If you'd like to take part in this upcoming plot, just reply to this thread with your character's name, district, age, and link to bio! Peacekeepers, medics, district citizens (look to the list below for appropriate districts!) and even Shamblers! Means of becoming a Shambler are either being bitten or venturing into one of the wooded hot spots!
