Plots from the Capitol, 1, or 4?

Both look solid. I wonder if maybe we couldn't use Jason as a sort of unofficial mentor to Kyler. Kyler is currently training to be a career and all that jazz, so I think it would make sense for him to have sought out a mentor and someone to talk him through training. I don't know that Kyler and Kairi would get along at first, with her despising the Capitol and Kyler being completely indifferent toward them. Or maybe that could be fun to play out. If either of these sound interesting let me know!

IF you would start that would be great. I sometimes struggle to start threads that are easy for others to get into to.

I can plot with Zackery, Sarah and Dimitri. Is there anything specific you wanted for either of them?
