PM notice?

So I was just thinking, it takes me ages to realise someone has PM'ed me because there's only the small bar at the bottom of the page. I thought it might be easier and a lot more convenient to have a PM notifier. this is a pre-made code I found which creates a very small notification on the corner of a computer screen.
