Making that faceclaim...

Trying to make a faceclaim for my tribute in District 9, but I have no idea how to operate Gimp, Photoshop, or any other handy art manipulating program. In all honesty, I'm at sea. Lost and confused of where I'm suppose to head. I've tried to get my elder sister to help me out, but she never gets to it so I wanted to know if there's a place where I can get someone else to do it for me.
Ever since I got my faceclaim accepted I realized that when you claim one it only makes sense to make use of it. Just in need of a finger of guidance here. I really don't want to get into something I'm new at and have to settle for something that could have been done better by someone else. If anybody can offer help, then that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)
