Siblings for D4 avox

Mkay, so I am in the process of making Reef Baitwell of D4, who's pretty unconventional. His story is that he began Career training and realized he was absolutely, positively scared stiff of the Hunger Games, so scared that he decided to set up a crime and hire someone to kill a Peacekeeper and frame him so that he'd be taken away, made an avox, and never have to worry about the Reaping again. This all worked, but after three months as an avox working in the Capitol (he was a tribute avox in the Hunger Games) officials caught the real murderer, who had been wanted for many crimes in the past and had admitted to framing Reef. There was some controversy for a while, but eventually Capitol officials decided that because Reef was so young they would pardon him and send him back to live with his family in his district, completely reapable, as he had before... but, obviously, without a tongue.

So I just thought it'd be fun to get people to play his two siblings, Ray Baitwell and Siren Baitwell. Both are very intense Career-types, very focused on their training, basically complete opposites of their youngest brother. Ray (male) is the oldest, 18, and Siren (female) is 16. Other than that, their appearances, personality, and faceclaims are up to the player's discretion.

I'm definitely looking for somewhat advanced RPers who could easily crank out 700-1000 words of quality writing in a post each time, minimum. This is not first come first served; if someone else posted before you, feel free to still post if I didn't give them the character yet. I'll be looking for who I think is most qualified to play the character, and who I think will be able to bring them alive in the most interesting way^^ If I don't choose you, please don't be offended, it's just that I don't think your writing style/plans for the character are exactly what I'm looking for.
