Zedra Aurum; Wanderer {FIN}

Zedra is incredibly gorgeous and although she was brought up in District One where she was commonly told so, she never got overly vein about it. With shoulder length dark brown hair that frames her soft face and a nearly always calm disposition, Zedra is very seldom disliked by others. Her almond eyes are a light green, almost grey colour that shines with enthusiasm. Although she is thin, her muscles are rippling with strength benith her skin. She used to be commonly seen wearing nice silken shirts and slacks. More recently, however, since she left her home, she wears simple jeans and a tank top of darker colours.

Although she is very attractive, in the past few months (since leaving her district) she has begun to take less care of her outward appearance. Her hair has started to loose its luster and take on a flat and dull appearance. She also has bags developing under her eyes from the lack of sleep. In addition, her once muscular and full frame has begun to thin out from sudden lack of food. But despite all this,s he wouldn't go back for the world.

Zedra is a protector first and foremost. She is well versed in quite a few weapons and uses her talents to protect those who need protecting. She is incredibly selfless and will quickly sacrifice herself if needed for anyone that is weaker then her. This often got her a lot of rack in the training room because if she ever got into the games, she probably wouldn't last long, despite her skills.

To her foes, she is brutal. She had been a favorite to volunteer for the Hunger Games and to win. But after hears of trainer, she realized she didn't want to compete. She figured her life would be better spent taking care of others. She heard about a group of runways and left to find them.

Despite all of her advancing characteristics, she isn't as naturally fit as others. She has to work incredibly heard to stay strong and she has terrible stamina. Although she can wield a shield for hours, she has a seriously hard time running anything longer then a quarter mile. In addition, she cannot feel pain, temperatures or the human touch. While some may think this is a strength (she can keep going in battle even if shes cut through the stomach), it is also a huge weakness. She wont know if shes broken a bone and could make it worse. She wouldn't wake from a fire burning her tree and far worse. In the end, it is both a strength and weakness.

She was born in District One, living a fantastic life. She was raised by two amazingly loving parents who never had to worry about going hungry. She was an only child and got all the love and affection from both parents.

When she was twelve, they began illegally training her for the games. She caught on incredibly quickly, taking up each new weapon with fantastic easy. To her, they were all close enough that skills from one could transfer to the others. Her favorite was the massive greatsword, said to have been the chosen weapon of Knights-people who lived centuries of centuries ago before the rise of Panem.

When she reached the age of sixteen, it was clear that she was a favored choice to volunteer for the games. She was strong and graceful and skilled with both melee and ranged weapons. It was decided that at the Reaping on her eighteenth year, she would volunteer and win the games.

But she didn't want to.

Durring her years of training, she had developed quite a drive for protecting the weaker. She knew that if she volunteered for a Game, she would be forced to kill those weaker then herself which went against all her better judgement. But there were rumours.

Rumours of a group of children from around the Districts who had run away and become wanderers. She knew that children running from the Peacekeepers would need protecting. About two weeks before the Reaping was to take place, she donned stealthy clothing, grabbed a few of her favorite weapons and snuck out into the forest.

She traveled for quite a bit of time before she found the group. There were trials to earn their trust but once she had, she became a powerful ally and a Protector.
