Wrestling: Round 1

He shot a quick glance over to the other side of the mat. The boy that stood there, getting ready, was smaller than he was, and looked to be a little younger than himself. While he didn't have the most impressive stature, Rolex knew that just being short didn't give any hint to the strength of the boy. He himself was a mere 5'9", but he was able to wrestle people nearly half a foot taller than him and win. He flexed his wrists, shaking out his ankles at the same time. When he felt loose enough, he walked over to the mat. Standing on his spot, he settled himself into a balanced position and waited for his opponent.

Now that they were both on the mat, facing each other, the bell sounded. Instantly, Rolex launched himself forward, crashing into the boy in opposite him as they began to tussle.

Carver Predd

After his disastrous stabs at running and weightlifting, Carver was ready to get the ball rolling on the wrestling mats. Government appointed violence. There was no better or more thrilling kind. Glancing at the scoreboard, he was pleased to see that his opponent was just a prissy blond boy from the luxurious first district. Shouldn't be any cause for alarm. Making his way to the fifth mat, Carver strapped on his gear, and cracked his knuckles in anticipation. He was an inch or two above this... Alphonse's height, ans he was reasonably sure he outweighed his opponents muscle mass by a good deal. The career districts had a well-known rivalry betwixt each other, and he relished the opportunity to smash a D1.

Grinning darkly, He launched himself in the grappling position as the buzzer went off.

I'd be fighting a girl? I mean, I know that girls are just as good as boys, etc., but ... She was a lot taller than me. What if I accidently grabbed on to her boobs. Talk about awkward. Would she be able to press charges? Would I be seen as a perv in front of the entire nation?

I cautiously enter the ring with her, trying to figure out how to avoid her chest, when they were practically level with my face. She came at me, and I panicked.

I didn't know what to do, or how to do it. She pinned me. Ah, well. I still had fencing.
