Katrina Wilmont D8

Katrina stands at 5’4 at 105 pounds. She has long light brown hair that flows down her back. She keeps the hair up in a bun while working and lets it down when she is resting. Her eyebrows are always knit together in full concretion. Her almond shaped eyes hold a majestic grey color; small eyelashes took the bottom of her eyes when she blinks. She has pale skin from working into doors all day and rough hand from all the cuts and sewing she does.

Her legs are tall and lanky, but showing some muscles from the days of her running around the factory. She has a thin body that she uses to model some of her creations. When she works she dresses herself in old clothes to keep her other clothes from getting dirty. She wears a loose blue sweater that tightens at the arms to enable her to pull them up and long jeans that cover most of her dirty runners that she wears. On reaping days she wears some of her most beautiful dresses, hoping that she will be seen from the capitol and order dresses made by her.

Katrina loves the peace and quiet, especially when she working. She is serious and does not approve of loud trouble making people. But there are many people her age that are like how she hates so she does not have many friends. She has well-developed powers of concentration when she is working and nothing will faze her out when she is working on a task. She can accomplish any task that she puts her mind to.

During the nights she will only work if she knows that someone is near her. She is paranoid of people coming and stealing or ruining her work. She is very responsible and dependable for some young like her. If someone needs a task done for work they will come to her because they know about how dependable she is. And with her powers of concentration she can finish a big job quickly.

Katrina likes to put the needs of others in front of her own. As she can finish jobs quickly she will always look out for the slower ones. With all the work she does she has developed a nasty habit of lashing out on people if they disturb her. She trys her best not too, she trys even harder with people close to her. But it always seems that she can never control it.

Katrina was born in a stable home with her mom and dad, both aged 40. Both of her parents worked with clothes and were very good at it. At a young age her mom taught her how to use a thread and needle and sew a basic pattern. She practiced everyday in her spare time with the thread and cloth that her mom and dad could spare. Katrina would search every inch of the house for extra strings and cloth.

At first when she started school she refused to go, working up every excuse she could make to not have to go. She wanted to work with her mom and dad, but they forced her to go. Promising her that later in life she will be able to work all she wanted. So she grumpily went through school, sketching up different clothes designs and patterns on her papers. When she first started work at the age of 10 her brain was full of brilliant ideas for clothes.

The factories were big and full with people. Katrina found work with a group of people the same age as her. Everyone could see that she was way better then everyone in her group and she was placed in a higher group. She got extra privileges as she got older. When she became 14 she was trusted with a big project that would be sent to the capitol. She made an amazing shirt that was sold in the capitol for a high price. When she became 15, with all the extra money she had, bought many different fabrics with many needles and made her room into a huge work room; putting aside a space for her bed and a place for her clothes. Now at 17 she works long hours and waits for her life to unfold.
