Kairi Wasser District 4

Kairi is tall at about 5'7" and thin weighting only about 120 lbs. She has dirty blonde hair that she cuts short so that it dries quicker and is easier to deal with. She has blue eyes that look green whenever she is too far from the sun. Its seems strange but even still, it occurs.

Kairi is a very unconservative dresser. She generally has a pair of very short shorts on of some form of sweat pant material and a tank-top. Underneath is a bikini that she works in diving to the bottom of the ocean and finding muscles and other shell fish.

In colder months Kairi will wear a long sleve shirt and sweat pants that are form fitting over her wet suit. Though these months are not oftern Kairi gets cold often and in such wishes to be warm.

When is rains she wears a black cloak to cover her clothes but it has no hood and only goes to her knees.

Kairi has a dark personality, coming from the fact that she knows the Capitol is corrupt but due to the fact that her family is safe, she does not act on her dismay. Her family is always fed, and those are the only people that she cares about, other than a few friends.

Kairi is easily angered by people who do not immediatly understand something that she finds common sense, such as having to teach a 7 year old in District 4 to swim. In such cases instead of yelling or cursing she walks away and calms down.

Kairi is very quiet and has an inner turmoil that stresses her thoughts out. She was born with a condition called manic depression otherwise known as bi-polar disorder and though she tries to control it she occasionally fails.

Kairi's history is like many of the Panem residence. She works for a living but makes enough to survive and even get some presents for her family. She had two brothers, one older and one younger. Her younger brother is 5 years her junior and is 11. Her older brother was older by 1 year, but died at age 12 because of the games. She vowed at that point to avenge her brother's death, with one problem, she cannot say his name without breaking out crying. Her parents say they learned their lesson and now trust the Capitol entirely which only angers Kai. She can only find solice in the depths of the water.
