Rosalina Terracotta - District 4

If you would notice Rosa in a crowd of people, she would stand out the most. When you first get a glimpse of her, she gives off a vibrant feel, making you feel really good inside. She has stunning, short brown hair, which gets eyes everywhere she goes. She is dark skinned, and always has a smile on her face.

Rosa weighs in at 115 pounds, at the height of 5'1", being short compared to all the others. Her eyes match perfectly with her hair, having a nice Brownie Brown color. She always appears very fresh, like she just got out of a fresh bubble bath. Rosa will always put everyone into a good mood, with just her appearance.

Rosa's personality consists of three main things: Kindness, Curiosity, and Leadership

Rosa has a natural Kindness to her, possibly because of her such down to earth parents. She always walks around the district, looking to help anyone that needs it. She treats everyone equal, no matter your age, color, etc. Rosa just wants to live a long, healthy, and happy life, before she is forced to go into the Hunger Games, which may never happen.

Rosa has a big touch of Curiosity in her personality. Rosa has always stared out at the ocean area, and has actually traveled over there mainly because of curiosity. If anything would interest her to the slightest bit, she would go and find out what it was. Rosa always wants to find new things, and discover new things, because she gets easily bored in the little area of District 4.

The final, and most important thing about Rosa is her Leadership. She has been known for her leadership in school, when she stands up for kids that don't get treated right, and bullied. She has always been a fighter, stand up for her rights, even if the Capitol disapproved of it. Rosa feels as if its her life, and she controls it, not some bogus Capitol.

Rosa, like everyone in the world, has her flaws. She is very young, so she does not have as much intelligence as her older peers. Also, she has a hard time withstanding drastic temperature changes. A Final flaw that Rosa has is sleeping. Even with her comfortable bed in District 4, she has a hard time sleeping, because she has nightmares of all the Hunger Games she was forced to watch.

Rosa has endured a lot in such a short life. She used to have 2 sisters, Luna and Sapphire. Luna was forced into the Hunger Games, and died at the hands of a Career from District 1. Sapphire was executed for fighting against the Capitol in a rebellion. Her father was killed in a tragic shark accident down at the lake, and all she has left is her Mother, Theresa.

Rosa has always dreaded reaching the age of 12, knowing she would have that very slim, but possible change of going into the Hunger Games. She does not want to, after what happened with her sister, Luna. Rosa has a lot of friends in her school, never being the one to get into fights, or cause any trouble. Rosa is almost always depressed, thinking of her sisters and father, and how her life could of been if they were still here. The only person who understands here anymore is her Mother, and she is slowly starting to fade away in the dark.

Rosa has to step up for her mom, and care for her, because her mother was starting to get Alzheimers (When a person starts to loose their memory, and forgets alot) Rosa has to go down to the Lake daily, and get herself and her mother a meal. Her Mother was out of work because of this disease, so Rosa had to get a Job herself, just to keep her Mother and herself alive. Rosa has a lot of burdens on her for being just 12, which will greatly help her in the Hunger Games.

Rosa really never thought of her weapon of choice, because she just came of age, she is still experimenting with multiple weapons. The ones that stick out to her as the possible ones are: Bow & Arrow, Spear, and Axe.
