Face claim doubt

I'm new here, just today I created my first character and I have a simple question about the face claim... Does it have to be someone famous? I mean, if my character was made to the resemblance of somebody I know, can't it be that person? Only famous people are available to be the image of my character?
Even if the answer is yes, my character has a peculiarity, and if the celebrity I use to represent it doesn't possess it, can't I take a picture myself or find a picture of someone else that represents what I'm trying to show? Of course that in this situation I would not be showing the person's face or any other identity trace if they weren't the celebrity I chose to represent my character. Just that one thing that I wanted to show, like maybe their clothes or something in those lines..
