Anyone want to help create a site?

Hi, everyone! Currently, I'm trying to make a Mortal Instruments RPG site through ProBoards. Unfortunately, I'm having major trouble on figuring out how to create a nice skin and I'm completely lost. The closest I've come to designing a website is through Webs and Tumblr- but those were simple.
If anyone would like to help me on creating the site's design, and even the site itself, please comment here. I really need help, and would greatly appreciate it.
