Appearance:
Harry is roughly 6ft 2inches, 187pounds, and has a very built, wide physique. He is extremely powerful in his legs and arms, however lacks definition on his back and torso. He has a chiseled, model-like face that almost looks plastic. His eyes are always on edge and his brow is always sweaty, Harry can easily deceive people with his face and is very powerful with his facial expressions. However he can be perceived as stupid and fake due to his perfect appearance but what no one knows is that he couldn't really care less about what he lookes like and this is reflected of his fashion sense. As he much prefers baggy tracksuits and vest tops to right and posh clothes.
Harry is far better in endurance and strength than agility and speed and prefers power over wit. His large arms and legs represent this but he has a no six pack or much muscle round his belly suggesting his wealth. Harry is also built up due to his time up in the docks and rowing and swimming which he does frequently. Also the intense training he has been through as a career has built to this
Personality:
Harry grew around District 4 knowing much about sea life and what it holds. On the outside he is the childish, easygoing boy that every girl gets weak at the knees at and every boy envy but inside he holds a plan, an ambition, a wish. Harry is so much more than the surfer boy that was destined to volunteer a hero and face death or life. He will do anything not to die and show viewers especially back home that looks are not everything and that you should never judge a book by its cover. The shock from this sudden realization back home is a worrying subject for Harry and one that could lead to love or rejection. Harry has told nobody of this hidden persona, plan and ambition but wished to discuss this matter with his mentor. Due to this Harry is really in fact a confused character that isn't one to be stereotyped as the cocky career that knows a thing or two about fish!
Due to this split personality Harry isn't easily trusted and is much more a singular player even while he may group with the careers. Harry's advantages is that he is surprisingly clever and strategic however the fact he is so split an stereotyped causing him to be underestimated and pushed away by game players.Harry even considers being the cocky surfer dude he is perceived as. All in all his greatest fake is his confusion and ability to change quickly causing weakness or an adaptation.
History:
Harry was born into District 4 by his parents Christopher and Samantha Palmer and pressured from the age he could walk to be the ultimate career. As well as hours of training involving strength, involving anything from tree trunks to 150pound weights, endurance including breath exercises and long distance travel and fitness. Harry also worked by the docks with his Father, causing him to be inspired by a huge father figure. Harry continued living a pressured, hard life knowing one day he could ultimately face the blood thirsty crowds of the Capitol and districts. After relentless training Harry hopes to volunteer as tribute to this years Hunger Games. His mother, father sister, who is 11, are hoped to be not effected by this years reaping, and wont be shocked by the outcome and if Harry is in this years games. Harry is generally happy with his decision to be tribute and hopes to finally volunteer. He his known across his district as the one to beat and shouldn't be underestimated. However he is worried about the other careers in richer districts but has strong hopes he can form an alliance for as long as he can.
Apart from the constant boiling pressure surrounding his training and hopes to be a tribute Harry really has no interesting back story. He much prefers himself as a regular citizen and doesn't know how we take the fame and publicity the Games will cause however he knows it the only way to rid he stereotypes around careers. Harry is extremely unsure of everything. Obviously his ultimate goal is too survive if he is played, but also to be himself and fight with dignity. However Harry is easily manipulated when e has his guard down which could be his fault, also he is very unpredictable and could make mistakes.
