silver 12 NOT FNISHED STILL IN PROGRESS

Silver has long silver hair(died to match her name). She has Grey eyes. She also has bleach white skin almost a pale-ish color. SHe is the tallest in district 12 at 8'2. You are often to see her in torn clothing(by choice) and converse and spaghetti straps. She is skinny But weighs 146 mostly from muscle. Although very clumsy and can not handle a weapon.
She is often dirty with coal dust because she does the district 12 mans job as a coal miner.
