well i don't know. i don't know. i don't know.

.history --
He was born to Tanner and Delaney Williams. Of course, they stood out in district eleven for a number of reasons. One reason that affects it a lot is that they're light-skinned, something not-so-rare except for in the eleventh district. Also, the Williams are a wealthy bunch, most of the citizens in district eleven are poor, definitely not rich. For some reasons, the Williams are in a place where they didn't belong, and there's a-thousand reasons why they shouldn't belong there, but there was one reason they should. That's because district eleven is their home. They named their baby Julien, who seemed to stick out even more in district eleven, which is one of the reasons he left that junkyard (but we'll get to that later). For some reason, Julien didn't talk to much people as a toddler.
When he was eight months old, he learned how to walk. His parents saw this as a big achievement. At that moment, he was happy too. Now, he wonders if his parents are upset for teaching him how to walk, he would have never gone, got lost in Panem. He was very old when he learned to talk - not fifty years old or anything - two years. "Kitty," Julien said, not only his first time talking, but it was the first time he learned what a cat was. The four-legged creature is still an interest to him, even if he is eighteen.
As soon as he was able to enroll for school, he went. His parents wanted their son to be smarter than kids his age, but he wasn't He wasn't smart and still isn't. His parents convinced him when he was eleven that if he studied a bit harder at night, he would get better grades. "Can you just face the facts, mom! I'm never going to be good at school! Stop trying to shove this down my throat!" Julien was always stubborn. He left the house that night, and walked around the block.
His parents didn't realize he was gone.
While finishing his walk, the fourteen-year-old Julien had seen a girl, crying, wanting help. Julien didn't know her, and if he wasn't kind-hearted, he would have never helped. He might have not helped if he also didn't know about the mess that was going to start. Julien took her inside his house, put her on the couch, and gave her a blanket. The crying girl was named Piper Ann Louise, little did Julien know that she was going to be his whole future. That night, Julien held the girl close, trying to trick her into thinking they have known each-other their whole life. Honestly, Piper didn't notice much that night. Everyday, Julien tries to heal Piper, but it never works. He knows he can't stitch the wounds injected into her heart.
Really, Julien and Piper had developed a close, touchy-feely relationship. They were tightly stitched together, sort of like Julien was the pants, and Piper was the pocket. But everytime Piper had released Julien's grip, the pocket was slightly getting ripped off, but everytime Julien visited her (or vise-versa), the pocket was getting stitched together. Julien knows that Piper realizes he has his suspicions, Serge. Serge was the reason Piper was like this, she had to do his dirty-work, and Julien suspects she entered the life of drugs and alcohol because of him. Julien resists, but he still doesn't realize why she continues with the harmful substances; it isn't too late to switch.
Serge has affected too much things in Piper's life.
Serge has been forcing Piper to do his deeds, selling drugs, sometimes killing people. Julien never fully understood Piper, as much as she said that she was trying to get away from Serge, Julien didn't believe her. She was abused by him, and she was his slave, and she was hopeless, and she was stuck, but she was so innocent. Julien had to help her somehow, and Serge noticed the relationship between Julien and Piper.
All Julien was simply trying to do is to tell her that she isn't too late, she can still get away from him, she can still live. Serge didn't like that, so he walked up to Julien's front door with a gun in his hand. Piper beat him, though. She was already wrapped around Julien's waist. He opened the door anyways, and Julien had the feeling the only reason he wasn't killed four years ago was because Piper, because Serge couldn't lose a good worker. Obviously, though, he could care less about killing a good-worker's mom.
Julien and Piper were dragged to Piper's house, Serge's hands too good of a grip to be able to get out, anaconda. As Piper's mom was shoved into a chair, a gun pointed at her head, Julien started tearing. Boom, and it was over, the blood from the woman's head dripping and flowing on the floor. That was the most painful day for Julien. He believes he's the cause of Piper's mom's death; he wouldn't die. Secondly, it was the first time Julien ever saw Piper get beaten.
Julien wanted to punch Serge, teach him a lesson, but he knew Piper would yell at him. He never understood whose side she was on. Well, at least Piper realize something after that die, they had to leave. It wasn't hard for either of them, Piper had nothing left besides her dad, and Serge was no longer someone Piper wanted to see. Julien's parents were never much of parents. The next day, they were gone, gone as quick as the gunshot that had killed Piper's mom. That was something Julien never didn't think about. He could sleep to that sound, it had gotten so familiar to him. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. For the first part, Piper didn't walk. Julien had to carry her, even if that did mean more stops. Serge left the day they did.
For a while, they were stuck, confused. Julien and Piper's relationship was worse, the pants and pocket were torn apart, hanging by a thread. Julien had tried too hard. His words were no longer comforting to Piper, instead, they were simply words put together, something that was supposed to soothe her. One day, Julien decided things couldn't get much worse, so he confessed something. "Piper, I love you." He knew that she knew that he knew that she felt so much different about him, but he couldn't resist. They had been through so much together.
Julien had never exactly had a home, just places where he lived; several districts, the capitol. But, the place is only as good as the people who live there, and he was fine as long as Piper was with him. He knew there was a thousand reasons him and Piper shouldn't be together, but he tries to find one reason they should. Sometimes, Julien feels like Piper isn't going to make it, she's too willing, she wants to kill Serge. Julien understood Piper's life was made a hell by Serge, but she does around, searching for him. "You'll get yourself killed, Piper." Julien would say, and she knows it's true. Sometime, he's jealous of the attention Serge gets compared to the attention he gets. Deep-down, though, he wants to kill him too.
Now, Julien and Piper are never in the same place, always shifting gears, changing from one location from another. They're known everywhere, and everytime they enter a district, shit goes down. But, Julien tries to stay positively-negative. Now, eighteen-year-old Julien is nothing like his old self. He got himself into trouble, but it's all worth it. Whenever Piper smiles, Julien has hope and faith. He has hope that everything will be okay, and faith, that Piper will make it through.
He needs Piper in his life.well that is that and this is this.
will you tell me what you saw and i'll tell you what you missed,
when the ocean met the sky. (you missed. you missed.)
you missed when time and life shook hands and said goodbye. (you missed.)
when the earth folded in on itself, (you missed.)
and said "good luck, for your sake i hope heaven and hell (you missed. you missed.)
are really there, but I wouldn't hold my breath." (you missed. you missed.)
you wasted life, why wouldn't you waste death? (you missed. you missed.)
you wasted life, why wouldn't you waste death?
