Naomi's blonde locks fall down to the middle of her back, her straight hair hanging loosely. Usually she wears her hair down, showing off the length of her thin, dual-toned hair. She stands around 5'2", but tops her outfits off with 3" heels most of the time. Her deep brown eyes don't stand out much against her olive-toned skin, but her thick, long eyelashes help make her eyes pop a little more. Colorful makeup isn't Naomi's thing. She prefers wearing more natural looking colors, to blend in as if she isn't wearing makeup at all. But with the jagged scar on her eyelid from cracking her head open while she was learning to walk, makeup is necessary to hide it. On the contrary, Naomi has one mall tattoo. On the inside of her wrist is the Hindu symbol for spiritual development. Because of the small size of the tattoo, it's hardly noticed by anyone, and she usually doesn't show it off to many people, either.

Naomi has a small body frame, with long, thin legs. She likes to carry herself with an almost perfect posture as she walks, her shoulders back and her head held high. Most of her clothing choices are of the pastel colors, and something to show off her long legs and broad hips. She knows she's pretty, but she's more of a natural pretty, rather than some of the people at the Capitol who dye their hair more frequently than the people in District 12 die from starvation. Naomi is seen in skirts most often, but sometimes tight-fitting jeans grace her long legs. Once in awhile, Naomi will wear reading glasses, just to look smarter among the people in District One, so nobody would judge her for being the blonde she truly is.

Personality:
Innocent? Eh, she can be. She isn't slutty, but she loves to flirt around. Her smile is contagious, most of the time. Teasing and playing games are two of her favorite things to do. She absolutely loves to tease guys, by just using her word choices carefully. She can be a bit tricky if you're not paying close enough attention. Looks can be deceiving. Even though she looks innocent, Naomi knows how to twist words like nobody else. She can turn an innocent sentence into making someone else get in trouble. She loves mind games, and can easily put words into other people's mouths. Once in awhile, she can even con the person into believing they'd actually said that. She is very persuasive, and can get most everyone to do something for her. Her words are her weapon of choice.

Naomi loves to smile and be cheerful. She'd rather play a game of tag with the younger kids than work any day. She loved it when she was hired to babysit for the kids in District One, or help out the school teachers in their classes of the younger children. She loves kids, and watching over them. Not in a creep way, but more of a motherly-love-at-a-young-age, kind of thing. Children were the only ones innocent enough not to fall for her deceptions, not that she tried to deceive the children very often. Mostly when she was just trying to trick them into going to bed, but the young ones never fell for that one either.

As everyone does, Naomi has a bit of a temper. She can control it, but every so often, something sets her off. When she's set off, usually she just goes off on hour long rants about what happened, and what should've happened. She loves to tell people her story, and she tends to repeat herself after a long day. She'll tell the same people the same story multiple times without realizing it. She is slightly childish, in a way, but she can be very sneaky as well. Naomi may love child-play, she loves being around people her own age even more. Parties are the place where Naomi belongs, even if she looks out of place. She loves to party, just to dance and be where the music is. Hanging out with her peers is the most fun she's ever had, dancing around and persuading guys to dance with her.

Friends are her major problem. She hasn't exactly learned how to keep them. She has those people who she parties with every once in awhile, pretending to be close, while they really didn't know anything about each other. She never let anyone that close to her, always making sure she kept most of her secrets to herself. Naomi is just as deceiving with friends as she is in relationships. Even though she isn't trying to be with them, she loves to play games with their minds anyhow. Some fall for them, others leave Naomi in disgust. Most people don't like falling for her games when they figure them out.

History:
She was born on July 5th to both her parents and two older siblings, Ryan and Michael. Michael, being the youngest boy, was three years older than her, while Ryan was five years older than her. The two boys tried to raise her up to be like them, but when Naomi turned 7 years old, their mother took over the raising, making sure she knew she was a girl and showed her how to act. Naomi learned how to love clothes and shopping, rather than toy trucks and mud.
