Appearance:

Medium blonde hair, clear blue eyes, pink full lips, oval face form. A scar on the left cheek and a confident smile. That's how the average person knows Luce, a girl from District 6. Although in public, with people surrounding her, she seems to be always happy, if you would see her alone, you'll know that she's your average person from district 6 (check personality for that). She's not very tall; with her 5'6" height, she might be a little underweight having only 119 lbs.

She's got white teeth, but her hair is messy and sticks into every direction possible even when is combed one hundred times. A strand is curly, a strand is wavy, a strand is straight. Her hair is wiry and sometimes, it seems stronger than iron, refusing to stay anyway she'd wish it to. Her nose is curved upwards.

On her left cheek a scar is striking from the bottom of her eye almost to the bottom of the chin. Kristy got it while trying to fix something and a bit of sharp iron ran on her cheek slicing it. It used to be worse, but now is just a white mark there.

On her right hand she carved it's not the lack of life but the lack of wish that makes you dead. The scar left is barely visible on her light skin, but you can still see it. She wanted to get a tattoo with these words after her best friend died (view history for more about it).

Personality:

Been said she's your average person from district 6? False. First time you see her, you might think that. And second, and third, and if you don't get to know her well, this list can go infinitely. She might seems a cold person to you, and she kind of is since her best friend died because of something he hasn't really done.

The first thing you realize when you talk to her is that she's smart, but since District Six is the brains of Panem, it's not a shocking thing. Despite being a strong heart, she's got some flaws, too. Lucille is stubborn and tends to be selfish in many situations. She's not neutral to anything, she tends to see the worst in anyone and to be critic.

Lucy despises anything related to the Games. It's obvious that she does, since the district she lives in is not one of the professionals.
