I'm sure a lot of you kids are in better shape than me. I used to be a soccer player who played on the wing. (If you know what that means, you may appreciate what I mean when I say that I AM FAT.) I used to weigh 120 pounds all the way through college first year, but I've gained almost 65-70 pounds since then. Some of it is me naturally filling out (FINALLY) but it's just a ton of flab on top of it that ruins the party.
I need to get back into shape.
SO! I am posting this here to see if anybody else wants to join me on my journey to fitnessso that we stand a chance in the Hunger Games! I weigh 185 pounds right now, and have a size 36 waist. I have flab I want to work off. Cardio is my main goal, but I also want some lifting in there so I can build muscle. My final goal weight is about 150, although it depends on how much my body has actually filled out. I'm not sure anymore.
I want to be fit so I can go hiking mountains, playing soccer or maybe even rugby, and of course, so that I can fight that darned Capital. XD
My plan is currently undefined, although I am doing a crap ton of research so that whatever I end up doing, it will work. Currently, just as basic plans, I'm not drinking pop or full milk anymore (water and skim only), and I'm cutting down on the fatty foods. I'm planning on keeping that alive through Christmas and Thanksgiving, though I may weaken on Thanksgiving day.
So- ideas, fellow journeyman/women, and anybody who wants to point and laugh. Join up!
