Tommy Reny *District 12*

Tommy has blonde hair that spikes up a little to the left. His deep blue eyes have a sparkle that only fades when he is faced with something horrible. He is very skinny and fit, and he is wanted by all the girls but doesn't know it.
He uses a sledge hammer when faced with great danger. Tommy lives in the very poor side of town and has barely any money for correct clothes. He has many hand-me-downs from his four brothers. His clothes are often too big for him and he has to wear belts or ask Alice Delia, his best friend, to get them taylored.

Tommy is very bitter sometimes, but when is faced with it, he can be very forgiving. He doesn't know his best friend, Alice, is deeply in love with him. Tommy often is friendly with nature other than people.
Tommy is very polite when not bitter. He often is caring and sweet. At moments, he's selfish, but only because he doesn't get much. He has many brothers, so he's not used to having something just his, until one day.
When he was younger, he had to smash a rock that was in the way of his door after about seven kids put it there as a prank. He took a sledge hammer in his hand and figured out how powerful it was, so he kept it by his bed every night so he could protect his family.

Tommy has four brothers, Geffory, 22, Greg, 21, Devan, 18, and Spencer, 10. He lives in the seam of district 12, and often starves, almost to death one time. Alice Delia, his best friend, saved him when she got him fruit. Ever since, Alice has fallen in love with Tommy. He is oblivious to her feelings. Even when they were older, he still has no idea how to tell if someone loves him.
Tommy grew up in a 'imaginary' world, often imaging things to make things seem better. So positive that Alice became his only friend to put up with this. When he is stressed or disappointed, he becomes bitter. He agrees to almost anything, as long as it doesn't threaten anyone's life or get him in trouble.
He was raised by a nurse and a coal miner. His mother taught him medication and CPR to help him become a nurse like her. That was what he was supposed to become. He often helps the kids at school when there is a problem, like if a kid had an asthma attack, he is the first on the teachers come running to.
