Jesse is slightly taller than average at a height of 5'10" and weighs about 130 pounds. He has blue eyes and Native-American Indian features.Personality:
His skin is a sun darkened color, and thick eyebrows. He is used to harsh work and has developed rough hands from hunting. He is small but rather muscular for his low body weight.
Jesse has a dark personality. He can change even the worst persons day and make it worse. Although, he is charming when aggravated he can be cruel and extremely inconsiderate. He is more of a romantic than a fighter in his own head though although he has a fighter's mind set.History:
He is sweet to those he like and loving towards most, but when he dislikes a person he will sit and contemplate on every way to get them back. He hates when his plans are foiled or misjudged, and has a rather high IQ.
He prefers a throwing knife when he is hunting , he can throw one with almost pin-point accuracy, his favorite game is deer. He has grown a very dark but friendly mind set. He is constantly seeking attention and is quick to say something sweet to get anyone to look his way.

He went to the district store and stole a knife hoping to catch some smaller animal like a rabbit that was looming among the streets. He couldn't catch anything and was still starving day in and day out ,so ,he started practicing throwing the knife and with anything he could get his hands on.
By the time Jesse was 15 he had almost mastered all throw able weaponry within his grasp. His intention was to volunteer for the Hunger Games and start his life from there. Knowing his chances were low on winning he constantly sought out ways to be among the best.
