1. Stephanie can be of Russian descent but she can't know the language or that she is Russian or that she has an accent since all of that was destroyed during the Dark Days.

Alright you're gonna have to add a bit more to history; those paragraphs and sentences are looking a bit too small. There's tons of things you can expand upon and I'm sure there's many aspects of her life you haven't covered, so dig a little deeper! It's important to get to know your character as much as possible so you'll be able to RP her as well as possible.
