RP Tutors

Hello again, all. Now, since the dawn of this site the staff and I have considered some kind of RP tutoring program, just a little something to help out some of our members who are not as experienced roleplayers as some of the rest of us. We were originally just going to have a board, where people who needed help would post and one of our staff members would assist them in their roleplaying skills. It was never much of a big thing, but now it's been decided that we can really get a tutoring program going.
We were thinking this: we'll look over roleplaying posts and and character bios, and look for those who struggle with RPing. Then we'll KINDLY suggest (and only suggest, we'd never force someone to be tutored) that they go to RP tutoring just to touch up their skills. If they don't want to, that's up to them. There will be no penalty for choosing not to go.
Which brings us to our next point, though: We'll need RP tutors to do the tutoring.
The staff and I have decided to choose a handful of members who know what they're doing when it comes to roleplaying. There will be no applying for becoming a tutor; they will be handpicked by us. We're going to give the selected people their own seperate group. They will NOT be considered staff, and therefore will not have access to the Gamemaker board, but we will have a seperate, private board for staff and tutors to discuss whatever they like. If chosen to be a tutor, you will have privileges that regular members do not, but these privileges stay within the RP tutoring board. That's basically the gist of it; if we choose you you'll be given more specific instructions.
So for the next week or so, I encourage you all to RP to the best of your ability, because the staff will be watching and deciding who's worthy of being a tutor. Keep in mind that it's not just roleplaying skill; you must be a kind, respectful member of this site, tolerant of everybody, because on absolutely no terms will the tutors be permitted to boss around the people they tutor. You are helping them, not forcing them to do anything. So just keep in mind that we'll be watching, and if you are being considered we'll shoot you a PM to double check whether or not you're okay with being a tutor. If not, that's totally fine.
Comments and opinions are welcome. Do you guys like the idea of the tutoring program?
Thanks, and happy roleplaying!
