Age: 16
Gender: Female
District/Area: The Capitol
Appearance:
Medium height--not considered tall, not considered short. Classy has fierce gray eyes, always animated, always holding a look of superiority in them. Her pale skin has a grayish tint to it. Her honey-colored dreadlocks--dyed black at the tips--are always worn in a high ponytail so her locks cascade in a regal fountain down her back. Her exotic, angular face and mop-like hair make for a bizarre but extraordinarily glamorous appearance. To top off her somewhat alien look, she has a tiny golden treble clef tattoo just above the outer tip of her left eyebrow. This is for her passionate love for playing the oboe.Personality:
She sees herself as better than others her age, especially those from the districts. Most of the time, she is not really snobbish but will act snidely when something displeases her. She spends almost all of her time playing the oboe, and she is an outstanding musician, and her sole goal in life is to be an accomplished, professional musician. She has no concerns for what others think of her but occasionally feels twinges of loneliness and longing for friends. She is proud of her life in the Capitol and enjoys watching the Hunger Games each year.History:
Classy Song was born in an insanely wealthy household, but lacked strong parental units and was raised mainly by hired service. At a young age--five years--she began learning to play the oboe, against her mother's wishes, who wanted her only daughter to be a model. She had a twin brother who mysteriously disappeared when they were 10, and his whereabouts are unknown still. She locked her hair into dreadlocks around this time--also against her mother's wishes--and has let them grow into the mane of golden ropes, down to her elbows, as they are today.Codeword: muttations

She has a slight Capitol accent.
