Jade Tropiano - District 1 [WIP]

It's easy to see, by Jade's appearance, that District 1 is nothing but pedigree genes. She has beautiful brown hair that reaches her shoulders. She styles it usually in a bob, but she will brush it out of her eyes if she must. She's a woman with a little more than average height, clocking in at 5' 8'' and weighing at 132 pounds. Her eyes are a honey color that no one outside of District 1 can explain, but it is a fairly common eye color.

Jade carries herself proudly. A victor of the 49th Hunger Games, she takes pride in the fact that she outskilled - and killed - the other tributes. She has many scars on her body from the Games, though, which she covers up with make up since she refused treatment to have them completely removed by the Capitol surgeons. Because of her district and her place within her district, Jade is seen in nothing but the finest attire. She walks around in heels constantly, nothing smaller than four inches. Jade will also wrap herself in the most expensive furs she can find. Her jewelry is always those of her own creation and is often a walking billboard for her jewelry store. She also smells exquisite from a perfumer in the district as well.

Before her appearance in the Hunger Games, Jade was a very bright and chatty girl. She went into her training with gusto and determination and didn't question a thing. However, after the Hunger Games, she became introverted. Jade now only speaks when she's spoken to, not really wanting to start conversation herself. Even when she is spoken to first, you better hope that she feels like talking that day. The most she will ever speak is during business hours and puts on a smiling face.

What the games didn't take from her, however, was her confidence and her bravery. There was no way she could have won in the first place had it not been for those two traits. While most of the other women in District 1 tend to shy away and play dumb, Jade does the opposite. She will tell you how she feels about certain things (but she would never speak against the Capitol). If you don't like what she has to say, then you can get out of her face. This outspoken nature has cost her many friends and acquaintances.

But that doesn't mean Jade can't play the temptress. She will often tell a man what he needs to hear to melt his heart and bend him to her will. That's the catch, however. If you are some use to her whether it be politically, physically, or emotionally, she will use you. If not, then don't even bother approaching her. She has learned from the Games that things can't last forever, so why bother getting attached?
