Beach waves spiral down her chest, reaching just below her breasts. The colours of her locks vary from natural shades of tawny, light blonde, dirty blonde, and a few streaks of platinum. Proud of her ocean-like scrunched hair, Dove is always seen with her hair down and flowing. Rarely is her hair ever completely dry, because she takes advantage of living in a coastal district. Daily, Dove will take a dip and swim for hours. This exercise habit has enabled her to have a muscular and healthy looking body, as well as naturally sandy-looking beach waves.
Face rarely ever coated in makeup, Dove prefers a natural look. Her lips are naturally full, as well as her eyelashes naturally thick. Dove has fairly pale skin, that doesn't burn nor tan in the sunlight. Her eyes are a sweet bonnie blue colour, also called robin's egg blue. She has eyebrows the shade of the darkest highlights in her hair: a tawny brown. Dove has a fairly clear complexion, and rarely experiences breakouts due to never wearing bad concealer or sleeping with other makeup accidentally. Her head is rather heart shaped, and rests upon small but strong shoulders.
Unlike most women in her family tree, Dove has rather small shoulders, that she quite enjoys. Happy not to have broad ones like a man. Dove often walks with her head high, and shoulders back because she looks more feminine and attractive that way. Her breasts aren't extremely large, but mange to fill a bra size of 32 C. Although Dove is proud of her feminine assets, she would prefer to be recognized by her personality not bra size. This causes her to wear more modest clothing. She occasionally wears flashy tops, but rarely.
Her most favorite piece of clothing is a cropped top. Cropped at the shoulder, of course. She enjoys wearing dark blues and the occasional gray. Sometimes, when feeling daring, Dove will use a pair of scissors to cut the bottom half of her top off and she will walk along the coastline in that and some shorts. Dove mostly wears denim shorts, and jeans when the temperature reaches a low. Gladiator sandals or wedges are a must have for her. Dove is rarely seen in sneakers or average heels, because she finds them useless and unfashionable.
Accesory wise, Dove is very plain and simple. Living in her district, she hasn't indulged in luxuries but still has never had it to difficult. So, when she does get accesories, they consist of earrings and new shoes. Unable to afford a real ear piercing, Dove foolishly used one of her mothers sewing needles and did it herself. She also pierced her belly button, which later got infected. Once repierced by a proffesional, she bought some studs for it. This of course, cost a lot, so she wore the same shoes for a year to pay off her accesory obsession.

When all things seem bleak, Dove manages to find a way to make life seem so lighthearted. Being she is unable to be selected as tribute for her district any more, she sees her life in a way other than fear. Although she still remembers crossing her fingers each and every Reaping Day, now she has tried to eliminate the thoughts of it from her mind completely. Dove likes to fill her days with collecting seashells and swimming for hours and hours at a time. She dreams of Panem with only joy and bounties of food.
