D3 Speakeasy Plot - The Reeboot(leggers)

So, the young lady pictured above is the one, the only, Miss Lakishme "Laki" Tempus. She's an eighteen year old watchmaker's daughter/amateur inventor/steampunk princess from D3, and she needs YOU to help complete her plot.

Laki's father is an expert watchmaker and quite brilliant, but he's one of those absentminded-genius-types that's rather oblivious to everything going on around him, which obviously makes it easy for his little girl to get into all kinds of mischief. Mischief like teaming up with one of the district's bad boys to run moonshine under the nose of the Law and have the cellar of the clock shop function as a speakeasy during off hours. And every good bootlegger needs a crew, right?

So here's the skinny, folks. I need the following characters:

PARTNER - MALE - 18-21 YEARS OLD - FC - [ONYX]

This is Laki's partner in crime. He makes the moonshine at a remote secret location and smuggles it into the shop under cover of darkness, and the two of them split the profits made from the sales/speakeasy. Clever, witty, charming, Artful Dodger-type fellow. I'm hoping that he and Laki will have some sort of (b)romance going on at some point. I'd love for them to be a Bonnie and Clyde of sorts.

PEACEKEEPER - MALE OR FEMALE - 20-30 YEARS OLD - FC

Every illegal operation needs a man or woman on the inside, right? Laki and her partner pay off this Peacekeeper handsomely (and throw in some free moonshine at that) to keep the Law off their backs. Greedy, corrupt, and obviously a drunk. Grew up on the wrong side of the law, so has a soft spot for the young hooligans and their cause. Whoever gets this could have all sorts of fun with it.

RUNNER - MALE OR FEMALE - 14-18 YEARS OLD - FC

Runs "special deliveries" from the shop to the clients who pay extra to not have to risk picking up the goods themselves. Fast, wily, thinks quickly on their feet. Perhaps a reformed (or not so reformed) pickpocket? Knows how to dart in, out of, and around every shadow in the district.

LOOKOUT - MALE OR FEMALE - 12-15 YEARS OLD - FC

Rough-and-tumble street rat that wants to be in on the action and pesters Laki and her partner until they let him/her have a position that keeps them out of the way and out of trouble (for the most part). Patrols the entrance when the speakeasy is open, monitors who goes in and out, asks for the password at the door, and alerts the proprietors if something is amiss. Tough, acts bigger than they are, likes to pretend that their position gives them lots of authority. Basically the bratty little sibling of the group.

MUSCLE - MALE OR FEMALE - 16-20 YEARS OLD - FC

Acts as a bouncer for the speakeasy, throws out anyone who gets to drunk/rowdy/loud. I personally think it would be funny if the "muscle" was a skinny little girl who's somehow wicked knowledgeable in the marshal arts or something, but whatever. Quiet type, but when they say something it's usually very deep and profound. Or, you know, their battle cry when they're beating up ALL THE THINGS.

AND OF COURSE ALL DEM SPEAKEASY PATRONS

This will be an auditioned plot, so don't be afraid to cast your lot in for a character you want even if someone else wants it too! The part will go to the best writer!

So, I know this is hard, but I would LOVE for all the characters in the plot to have fabulous steampunk FC's for all the badassery it would bring. It's REALLY HARD to find male steampunks (because Lalia claimed all the models I claimed all the Panic! boys and they're like quintessential steampunk rock, oops), because, to quote Marina, it's a female-driven culture, but I found some lovely girls you could use if you so desire:
