Anthem [Day 4]

Out of the dim moonlight, the sky changes. Far above you, the seal of the Capitol fills every corner of the sky, and the sound of Panem’s anthem is inescapable. You listen until the very end - after all, what choice do you have in the matter? - and somehow the notes sound lighter, more precise, more.. sweet.
