Jude Fletcher 4

He has golden blonde hair that reaches past his ears if brushed, but can usually be seen un combed and slopped about his head. He stands at a height of 6'2" tall, and is fit and toned. He has sweet blue eyes and a crooked smile. He has a narrow, strong nose and defined cheekbones. He can usually be seen in a powder blue button up, that is never button up exposing a bare, slightly tanned chest, and light blue denim jeans with random tears in them, along with brown sandals.

He is caring and sweet, but has a few bad habits that sometimes makes him repulsive, like chewing on random sticks, or spitting, he can be seen with a cigarette at least once a week. But despite those bad habits, he is a genuine person, he won't lie to you, unless it is in your best interest, and he rarely judges people. He is human however and he does make mistakes, but those mistakes can easily be forgiven if you get to know him.

He was born into a wealthy district 4 family. His parents own a fishing company that delivers and tends to the capitol directly, so he is fairly well-known. He and his father are very close, his father took him fishing all of his life and he's grown to love it just as much. He and his mother are also close, being an only child he is spoiled to tears and loved dearly. He is 18 years old and this is his last year to be called upon for the games, he being a career, as they call it, has been trained for the games all of his life, however illegal, it happens. He knows that if called upon to join the games that he can and in fact will win. But if he isn't he has a life of wealth to look forward to.
